Almost all of the Wayfinder's Guide is reprinted in Rising from the Last War, so if you already own the latter, there's very little value in purchasing the former.
RftLW is really all you need to run Eberron, but if you are wanting more Eberron books for 5e, Exploring Eberron is a fantastic addition (even though it's not supported by D&D Beyond).
All of the 3e Eberron books are still full of excellent information too. An Adventurer's Guide to Eberron is a great book to hand to your players to have them get a feel for the world. Lots of pictures and no crunch so it's a fast read.
Edit: You might also add Tasha's to your 5e catalogue as it features the updated Artificer and Armorer subclass.
Just purchased the last Eberron book. Is there much value in the Wayfinders Guide or does the updated book include what I'd need to DM Eberron?

Yup, think of WGtE as the rough draft for RftLW.
