D&D has been released in German and other languages for years. WotC is giving international language support a new boost by taking translations back in house rather than having them licenced out to third parties, but non-English books have been a thing for a good while (easiest way of finding them is amazon.de, though if you retrieve the isbn numbers of the books there you can order them anywhere books are sold). As such, I wouldn't hold my breath for German or other non-English implementations of DDB's functionality. There an Italian version of the PHB for those willing to pay for it on here, and my guess is it hasn't been nearly successful enough to go whole hog on translating everything. It's possible, just not likely.
