I've been interested in the indead patron for warlock, so I decided to make a character with it. When I tried to choose the undead patron option in the character creator, it wasn't there. I have playtest content turned on. How do I access the subclass?

 Buy Van Richten's Guide to Ravenloft. The Undead Warlock is now published and so the playtest is concluded.

Im having the same issue, but I do have Van Richtens purchased... any idea what else may be causing this?

Under the home screen for creating a character, do you have everything checked off?

1. How long ago did you purchase it? Sometimes it takes a while to show up.
2. Go here - check at the top under Account Entitlements. If it doesn't say your data is in sync, press the button/link to sync it.
3. On that same page, scroll down to Current Product Licenses and confirm that a. you own Van Richten's and b. you have the Sourcebook and not the Compendium (this will be displayed in the Type column). The former is what lets you build in the character creator, the latter is a read-only version. If you have the latter, you can buy the former for only the cost difference between the two, you haven't wasted any money.

It looks like I did accidentally buy the compendium and not the sourcebook. Has been resolved now... thanks for the help!
