In general I'd presume discounts not to stack anyway, but in this case specifically the Cyber Monday discount wouldn't apply - it's 1/3 off of books sold on DDB, and the Essentials Kit isn't sold on DDB (or a book, for that matter). You can get the adventure here, but that's not the same thing.

I believe the PHB sale price had stacked with the essentials kit code in prior years. E.g. $10 for PHB on DDB.
Have they done discounts on the bundles?
I think maybe once or twice, but it was a separate sale?
