I have 2 different versions of the Shadar-kai elf showing up in DnD beyond.
My player's version that he has put into a PDF for me shows that the Blessing of the Raven Queen can be used as many times up to the character's proficiency level, and then will recharge upon a long rest. (MotM, pg 31)
When I look that up, I am finding that it shows it's available only once before needing to long rest to reset it. (MotF, pg 63)
Which one of these is correct? I'm of a mind to rule it's more like the Eldarin Elf getting to Misty step once per short rest... which is kind of a compromise between the two. If anyone can point me in the right direction it would certainly be appreciated.
The "correct" one is whichever one the DM decides to use. Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes (MtoF) is a legacy option and while still valid for use in D&D, is not the 'latest' version, which would be the version from Mordenkainen Presents: Monsters of the Multiverse (MotM)

Thanks!
Mordenkainen's Tome of Foes is the older book, the player races have been updated in Monsters of the Multiverse.
So, both are correct, but MotM is the more recent one.
There are also new Eladrin rules in MotM, with Fey Step working similar to the Shadar-Kai one.
