Hi guys in this ocation I am trying to create a subclass of Warlock that has an Expanded Spell List but gets even more spells added to that list depending of an option selected. basically
Patron Ooze has a spell list but also you can choose Acid Ooze, Poison Ooze, Sticky Ooze and each would add different spells to that list.
So I added the Ooze spells to the Additional Specific Spells and then created a feature with options for Acid, Poison etc. and added spells to those options.
If I add all spells in one entry the character builder ask me to choose one of them, same if I add one by one instead. If I tick the Feature Granted checkbox then automatically adds all the spells but they are automatically known even if they are of higher level. So for example a level 1 warlock knows 5 spells (3 more than allowed) can't learn any more and they don't even show up in the sheet because they are of higher level.
What am I doing wrong? is there a way of doing this that doesn't involve creating one full, otherwise identical, subclass for each option?
Thanks!
