You will only have access to a few Feats thanks to free access to the Basic Rules i.e. the Grappler Feat. Everything else will need to be purchased via the Marketplace on this site.
You can either:
1). Buy an entire Digital Book (for example the Player's Handbook) to access all the Feats there.
2). Buy piecemeal - select the Digital Book you want the Feats from and only buy the ones you want to use.

Taking the OP at his word, there is a problem - Grapple should be there, but it is not. Buying more feats is not likely to solve the problem.

If their character has strength less than 13, Grappler won't appear as it has a strength requirement.
They also won't see the Critical Role feat if they have CR content disabled. So it is possible to see no feats at all
Good catch - I had a similar problem when I first started using this site. I bought the Handbook but couldn't find the Skulker Feat; turns out I needed 13 Dexterity before I could select the Feat. As a suggested quality of life improvement, would it be possible to maybe display the following on the Character Builder when selecting a Feat on the dropdown menu?
Variant Human Example:
Shield Master
Skill Expert
Skilled
Skulker (13 Dexterity Required)
Slasher
Sharpshooter
