I’ve seen pbp threads that have tens of thousands of views, are these views from literally thousands of separate accounts, or the same couple accounts? I’m guessing it’s the latter, but I’m curious.
I believe it logs a view every time someone opens the thread, whether they've opened it before or not. Threads with very low view counts are easy to monitor -- this one had 22 before I came in. I'm about to leave and check the views, then I'll come back, leave again, and check a second time.

Edit: No change. Guess I was wrong.
Maybe it just doesn't update your view until you reload the page though?
Anyways, I dont really know how the views work.
