Is there a way to transfer the books I own digitally, to a friend's account. I would like someone to have them. I thank you in advance.
Nope. They are yours. If the two of you are in a campaign and someone in that campaign has a master tier subscription, then they would have access but there is no way to transfer digital ownership.
If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
If you want to transfer ALL your content, you could always try pleading your case with dndbeyond using their support e-mail, since normally there is no way to transfer your already purchased content.

You can buy the books as a gift for them though. You'd have to pay for them again, though. You can't give your licence to them.
