I mean what can you do wth the various stuff like charcter generators? ASAP DND Beyond doesn't have a virtual TableTop yet so I'm wondering what makes the Dungeon Master Guide and Monster Manual worth buying over good old physical books https://nox.tips/https://xender.vip/?
Wht new options come into the character creator? What else do you get from the site's functions?
Monster manual provides you with monsters that can be added to the rather nifty encounter builder tool on this site. DMG provides a number of magical items that can be added to character sheets for yourself or, if you have a master tier subscription, your players in your campaign.
It gives you the option to see the content of the monster manual and DMG. that's it. Nothing more. If you want to be abl to share them in a campaign then you also need to purchase the appropriate level of subscription.
It gives you the ability to use the various monsters in the encounter builder, and as long as someone (anyone) in the campaign has a Master Tier subscription and activates content sharing for the campaign it allows players in that campaign to add the various magic items to their characters and even allows them to add the various monsters to the Extras section of their character sheets as appropriate for stuff like familiars, Wild Shape, mounts etc.
