Yes - Whispers Bard's "Psychic Blades" is a bonus damage feature that triggers once per round on a successful weapon attack, and the Soulknife's "Psychic Blades" are themselves weapons, so they stack.
The downside is that by investing in one class you are reducing the damage scaling granted by the other.
