Just picked up the Dragans of Shipwreck Ise and was wondering where it (officially) is located. I want to add it to my soso campaign and see if my players might stumble upon it in their travels. I also have a similar issue with Leilon. Is it 15 or so miles inland or on the coast. Or is it on the border with the Swamp (Mere of Deadmen).
Those are part of the Beyond Icespire Peak trilogy, so you may not have access to them through that link, and I'm not sure of what would be considered encouraging piracy here so I don't know if I can post the maps directly here or link to them. However, Leilon is roughly on the coast, just north of the Mere of Dead Men. Whether it's on the coast or not depends on which map you go with.

I don't think there is an official location. Like Star Trek, there's a healthy dose of editorial (as opposed to canonical) sovereignty in D&D - things are where they're said to be, which is convenient to the plot at the time. Hence Leilon is both 10 miles inland and on the coast.
Honestly though? Just put it where you want it to be. Your word is canon for your game. I think that's the intent anyway - if you have to have an actual location, which I think the writers intended to remain vague and unknown.

Leilon is on the coast immediately north of Mere of Deadmen:

That map implies that it's inland, but the map of Leilon clearly shows that it's clearly a coastal town:

There doesn't seem to be a solid location for Stormwreck Isle either. This Reddit talks about it in reasonable depth: https://www.reddit.com/r/Forgotten_Realms/comments/wbg04v/possible_spoilers_stormwreck_isle_location/ and one of the most concrete place seems to be south of Mere of Deadmen.
