That date is showing up on a lot of different sites now. At least for the US - the UK is showing as March. I'm really not impressed by that.l, it seems as though they're making a habit of releasing books here later now.
If you're not willing or able to to discuss in good faith, then don't be surprised if I don't respond, there are better things in life for me to do than humour you. This signature is that response.
Why is no one from D&D Beyond answering this question?
They generally don't answer questions here. It's for customers (or prospective customers or just people who like D&S) to converse. If you manage to turn it into a firestorm they might respond, but staff rarely post here anymore and modders also don't post very often and aren't staff anyway.
If you want an official response, you'll need to email customer services. I doubt you'll get anything from them though - if DDB or WotC want us to know something, they'll tell us.

Any word when the ebook goes on sale?
No Gaming is Better than Bad Gaming.
None yet beyond "Q1" - I anticipate it will drop close-ish to the movie as they cover similar themes (heists.)
You probably are aware Amazon shows the book on sale Feb 21st. I don't know historically how accurate Amazon has been for WotC product release dates.
amazon has occasionally ship before released day. But the ecopy is not even on the marketplace. And those go up 2+ months before release.
