I bought a physical copy of shadow of the dragon queen deluxe edition so I could get the board game, but my players use dnd beyond for their character sheets and I use it for quick referencing during games. So, I would like a digital copy of the campaign book, but I can’t seem to find how to redeem it like I have with previous books.
Shadow of the Dragon is not available as a digital copy on D&D Beyond. However, you can purchase a physical copy of the book from your local game store or online retailers.
101% Incorrect.
The whole point of the Bundle Package was to get the physical copy and the DIGITAL version on D&D Beyond 2 weeks before release. I should know. It's what I did. And I have it on here.
Now that said - for the OP - there's a support thread here specific to the Shadow of the Dragon Queen. Post over there.

does anyone know what I need to do?
Unless you bought the digital/physical bundle, you purchase it in the marketplace here on D&D Beyond.
