I don't know if you can get custom dice, you can buy them by going to "Marketplace", then click on "browsing category", then scroll down until you see "digital dice". Others you get be preordering certain books.
If you mean physical dice, your local gaming store probably does a few different sets of dice, Amazon certainly does a lot. Can't say where to get actual custom dice from.

If you want super-custom, I’m pretty sure there’s places that can 3d print dice sets. How well they work is a different question.
