The subscription does not provide you any access to your content. Therefore, when it ends, you'll still have access to it.
The subscription is for giving you more character slots, encounter slots, access to the homebrew library and, in the case of the Master Tier, it permits anyone in a campaign with you (including you) to access any books that anyone else has purchased. It effectively allows you to pool books.
Any content you purchase access to yours to keep access to regardless of the subscription.
