Mostly a curious talking point; what magic items do you see used incorrectly in games, in a way which isn't really a problem?
Two that I see all the time:
Bag of Holding: the rules say it has a 1ft. diameter opening and requires an action to pull things out, but I've lost count of the number of times someone has smuggled a knight in plate armour inside the bag, despite this tiny opening. I also regularly see people just pull stuff out like it's a backpack, and again, that's seldom really a problem!
Sending Stones: Most people use them like Walkie-Talkies, but they officially let you cast sending, and then only once per day. Generally, they are more fun as walkie talkies, so most games just use them like that!
What magic items do you always see being used wrong?
My list is pretty much the same as yours. Lets see if I can think of others.
Cloak of Elvenkind sometimes get treated like it is full invisibility instead of just chameleon like blending. But in most cases the distinction isn't super important.
Longbows: Some players forget about the longer range capabilities of longbows, but often times DMs don't run combat that goes to 600Feet.

Even Honor Among Thieves used Sending Stones like Walkie-Talkies. 🤣

Earring of Message from the Wildemount campaign book have the same issue.
Wand of Magic Missiles or any magic item with spell charges used by a raging Barbarian. RAW for these items say that you are casting the spell, not the item itself. Still, it's entertaining to let the Barbarian have his fun. Especially with the Wand of Magic Missiles. It's like a angry toddler with a Roman Candle.
We constantly use a Portable hole to get large creatures with immutable forms through places they are not supposed to go. Medium sized portals meant to stop the Iron Golem etc.

2ft diameter opening, and most folks will consider it to be "sack like" meaning you can wiggle it around like cloth.
For reference a 24 inch diameter pair of pants would be like slipping on a 72 inch waistband pair of pants.
Google says the average waistband for american men is 40 inches, so you could probably squeeze a knight in.
