I believe you do since it is a bonus feat. So at 4th level you could another feat or ability score bonus. I was wondering where that was on the sheet? I have Dragonlance options unlocked

i think i saw somewhere stated that the option is not there yet and you need to just add the feat to the sheet like normal.
So if I play a variant human I could have 4 feats by level 4. LOL. LMAO.
Yes. All characters get an extra feat at first and fourth level in the Dragonlance campaign. The reason was that the adventure is tougher than normal and the characters could use a boost.
Yes, they are in addition to normal feats. You do have to add them manually to your character sheet under "Manage Feats".
Also remember that a Dragonlance character that doesn't take the new bonus feats gets to take skilled or tough at 1st level and either of those or Alert, Mobile, Sentinel or War Caster at 4th.
It looks to me like they decided to have feat options as the method for being a knight of solamnia or a wizard of high sorcery rather than something like a subclass option. As such requiring players to use their ASI if they wanted to play as a member of those organizations was probably deemed to high a price. Two bonus feats does seem like a big power boost, though the new (and existing bonus option) feats are only middling power level IMO. Not sure if there was a better way to go about it, but I wouldn't want it to be a subclass feature. Maybe solely flavor without the mechanical addition of bonus feats?
In multiclassing, the 4th level bonus feat aplies at caracter level 4 or class level 4?
The sourcebook just says 4th level, it isn't tied to any class. So I think the best interpretation is that you get it at character level 4. But a bonus feat, and the rules surrounding it, does depart from previous ASI so ask your DM.

Does anyone know if this bonus feat is in *addition* to the normal Lvl 4 ability score increase/feat?
The wording of this makes it sound like you get both at level 4.
