Is Dragons of Stormwreck Isle going to be made available on DDB? I was half-expecting a code in the box but didn't locate one. I sure hope the answer is yes!

Seems that they've stopped doing the codes. I can't see any mentions of it in the description of the New Starter Set.
I'd expect them to release it here too, but it might take a while. Digital releases tend to not be particularly rigid in timing. Plus, it's meant to be released tomorrow. You may have gotten a pre order early, but DDB will likely release it tomorrow.

The box set includes a link to a survey asking about your experience with the adventure. One of the questions on the survey asks if you have purchased a Physical Copy or a Digital Copy. If you check Digital Copy, it will then ask you if you purchased it on DNDBeyond, Roll20 or Fantasy Grounds, so I would think since the official survey asks about those 3, it will be made available on those 3 after the "Target Exclusive" period is over.
Dragons of Stormwreck Isle is a Target exclusive in North America.
I don't see how an exclusive for a physical product has anything to do with digital availability, especially since there is no code in the box for D&D Beyond, and Target doesn't have their own competing digital release.
And since this is only exclusive for Target in North America, shouldn't this be available digitally to the rest of the world?
Digital products still compete with physical ones. They're not identical, but they still compete.
And if they released it for everywhere but America, it would be obvious just how anticonsumer exclusives really are.

Good Article, but forgets that the Big Box stores pay a premium price to get the exclusive rights, which is probably close to production cost, so Hasbro is guaranteed income whether the retailer sells them or not
Well, hopefully the consumer consensus in survey will be to please don't do exclusives in retail like that again. Don't get me wrong, I don't necessarily mind a little competition but it wasn't like I got it on release day...still had to wait several days while Target figured out what the heck they were doing.
what kind of phone do you have that does not have a camera? If you have a camera has a camera youcan take a picture and thers are several online sites that you can send the picture too and it will give you the url
Ok thanks for the information. I appreciate it. But I do not know what several online sites you mean? This DND beyond site is what I am used to having.

Just learning about D&D I think is a blast, hope to have more fun.
Hi, Later I found a qr code reader for my computer. I did the survey but did not get a code to get credit for the book digitally. What do I do now to get credit digitally?

My understanding is that you don't get Dragons of Stormwreck Isle digitally for free. The link gets you some video guides, but they don't do free digital copies for any adventures anymore.

Not sure the powers that be read these forums, but if you want to create lock-in with a new customer base, giving them digital access to material they buy physically is a best practice. If nothing else, it ensures that they come to your website (granted, which I have already done) and give you their info for future marketing purposes.
I feel a bit 'cheated' since it is cheaper digitally on Roll20 than the set is physically. I can understand this given production costs, but that only means that the WotC isn't losing any money to give players a digital toolset.
Making the game easier to play for brand newbies is the best way to ensure ongoing revenue. ;)
I bought a set of Dragons of Stormwrech isle and A set of Dragons of Ice Spire Peak 5e But nether of them came with redemption code both were bought six months for Dragons of Stormwrech isle's Release I don't know if their was or wasn't supposed to be one but can someone help me.

Was hoping for a code as well, there was one with the Essentials Kit.

Dragons of Stormwreck Isle is a Target exclusive in North America.
Later this year, once the exclusive period has completed, I'm pretty sure the adventure will be available here on D&D Beyond.
