Now that that's out of the way, here's the situation. My character is a Tabaxi monk. His tribe lives deep, deep in the jungle and have a very shamanistic religion type, mostly based on the 3 types of spirits, those are:
1: The Honored Ones, which are tribesmen who've passed on. It is believed that when one dies, their spirits ascends and joins their ancestors, and that if one shows them reverence, The Honored Ones will share their timeless wisdom to guide the tribe.
2: The Ancient Ones, which are the spirits of the powerful beasts that the tribe believes the Tabaxi evolved from when the world was still young. It is believed that by showing them reverence, The Ancient Ones will share their strength and their feral, survivor's instinct when it is needed.
And 3: The World Spirits, which are the spirits of the entire world. Not necessarily nature or the elements, just the world in general. It is believed by showing them reverence, they will help the tribe in ways beyond simple guidance and strength.
And that's it! Any opinions on this? I think it's rather solid as far as religions go, but i'm probably biased, so that's why feedback would be great!
