This has probably been answered before but does D&D beyond plan on adding the content from Taldorei Reborn, if they are, would it be like how they added Blood Hunter and stuff, under a toggleable switch? Because they said that they don't include 3rd party stuff but have made stuff with critical role before, aka bloodhunter. I'm not able to find anything?
I'm pretty sure that's because Blood hunter comes from Explorer's Guide to Wildemount, which was published by WoC. Taldorei Reborn has nothing to do with WoC, so I'm sure it won't be supported here.

Blood Hunter is homebrew, it is not official and it was not in EGtW. It's on D&D Beyond (for free) due to to an agreement between DDB and Critical Role.
To answer the OP: no, Tal'Dorei Reborn will not be available on D&D Beyond. DDB only sell official WotC products (currently; though the chance of that changing is vanishingly small).
Blood Hunter, Oath of the Open Sea, Way of the Cobalt Soul, and Gunslinger were all added as part of D&D Beyond's sponsorship of Critical Role. At the time, they were all free subclasses and were added as homebrew content
D&D Beyond doesn't support third party publications and so won't be offering the Tal'Dorei Reborn setting guide (even though two of the subclasses offered for free on DDB are also included in the book)

Looks like we've turned a corner.
As of this writing, Taldorei Reborn is available in print (local game store), print+PDF (critical role shop), and DnDBeyond.
There's a much longer and substantive thread already discussing this without having to dig up older threads that were accurate almost two years ago:
