Has anyone gotten their preordered Planescape product delivered yet? I'm still showing from UPS that a label has been created, but nothing has shipped yet.

"If you get to thinkin' you're a person of some influence, try orderin' somebody else's dog around."
I have not gotten mine yet. Wizards' own shipping does take about a week or two after release date for most of my other bundled books. My best guess for why this one is taking so long is maybe due to worker strikes a while ago.
Holidays are coming up too, so I imagine TBOMT will have shipping delays too.
If you do not want delays, your best bet would be to purchase the physical book in person at a local game store or Target/Walmart on the day of release.
I'm not seeing how to contact support. The email refers me to a FAQ, and the support site has a page that lists my issues, but no way to start a new one. Is there a phone # somewhere?

Assuming you mean TDoMT, then I doubt that it'll be out by Christmas. Probably January.

The Book of Many Things? But anyways, I checked my email and they said TBOMT is definitely delayed due to manufacturing defect in TDOMT portion of the product, so yeah, on top of holiday shipping, probably going to take a lot longer than normal to get the physical book and deck.
" Hello,
Thank you so much for your order of from theDungeons & Dragons Store.
It’s important to us at Wizards of the Coast that our customers are delighted with the quality of the product they receive. After an internal review we found The Deck of Many Things didn’t meet our manufacturing standards. Unfortunately, making this right will delay the release of the physical product.
The digital release of The Book of Many Things will not be impacted by this delay and will still release on Tuesday, November 14. With your order, you will still receive early access to The Book of Many Things on Tuesday, October 31.
We are sorry for this delay to your order. We believe that delaying the release of this product will ensure it is delivered to you in the way our team envisioned it.
If you have any unanswered questions or concerns, or if you would like to cancel your order, please feel free to contact Customer Support.
Thank you,
Wizards of the Coast "
I checked the status of my physical copy of P:AITM, and it still says the order is being prepared, so I am guessing they have issues with shipping.

I had in my head that it was still called the deck, my bad. I normally double check, but as usual, when I don't...
I'm actually pretty surprised that we haven't had rants on this. Not to turn this thread into one, but I'm surprised.

I got mine ages ago, but I had ordered it off Amazon. I think it definitely depends on where you purchase it from and the D&D store might not be great in terms of arriving on time (I haven't personally used it), though, I assure you it's plausible that it might arrive within the next few milenia.

Yeah, Wizards definitely has a lot of room for improvement in terms of shipping. Shipping to a limited number of business clients in bulk is very different from shipping to numerous individual customers a few products at a time. The sheer difference in the scale of quantiy of addresses and amount of freight per shipment is the opposite of each other.
I think 5e is the first time when Wizards tried direct to consumere shipping? Or maybe even the entirety of Hasbro's first time?

Well, they were doing it two years ago for MtG, I found a Reddit querying when it would come. I couldn't say if Wizards are the first to try it for Hasbro.

BoringBard's long and tedious posts somehow manage to enrapture audiences. How? Because he used Charm Person, the #1 bard spell!

HERE.Maybe there are less people ordering the physical-digital bundle after they experienced or heard about Wizard's shipping. I cannot blame them. Haha.
