Long story short is my Barbarian is taking the Magic Initiate (Druid) feat. Such allows me to add 2 cantrips and 1 spell from the Druid list. However since her class is Barbarian, when i got to "manage spells" it just tells me I don't have access to spells....even though I do now, through this feat. Still doesn't seem to be a way to just manually add spells to my character so does anyone have any ideas?
The last time I tried manually adding a spell I had to make an item or feat to do so, which seems redundant and didn't work full anyway as it didn't create the "cast" button next to it in my list.
I would have thought adding the feat would have opened up functionality within the sheet or editor to choose the spells once I picked the feat, or add it to the editor like a spell class. Right now, adding these feats to any non spellcasting class just lists the description in your feats page but nothing editable.
Adding the spells is done in the same place you added the feat. So if you did it while leveling up instead of an ASI, once you select the feat, in that same window there will be new dropdowns that tell you to select the spells you want. If you added the feat outside of normal progression, you have to add the spells in the character sheet, by clicking on 'Manage Feats' and scrolling to the spell in the sidebar, and expanding it. The dropdowns will be there.
I will look tonight but I did it through manage feats in the sheet and when I expand it, it just has the explanation of the feat. I'll try again tonight and screenshot what I see

-Thanks for your time!

You need to specifically click on 'Manage Feats' and scroll down to the feat, not by clicking on the feat so that it pops up in the sidebar.

Oh my god thank you!. I'd have never noticed the drop down. I really appreciate it.
