Nope; the D&D Beyond content is a separate product. There is not, nor is there ever likely to be, a code in the physical copies, though they do offer bundles of physical books and access on Beyond.
Presently outside of buying a "bundle" including the DDB version along with the printed edition direct from WotC (Beedle and Grimm's also includes the DDB version with their prestige format boxes of D&D releases, but those are in the $100s of dollars price area and "the book" is formatted into a set of booklets) is the only way you get both together. So if you own a printed D&D book, the only way you "get" it on DDB as well is through purchasing it on DDB or home brewing the content through the home brewing tools for your personal and personal campaign use.

Is there a way that you can enter a code or something and get the book digitally if you own a physical copy?

I was hoping they would implement it since I do not want to blow so much money on multiple copies.
If stealth doesn't work burn everything to the ground.
You can always copy the stuff from the books you own in as homebrew. Costs you nothing but time.
