Hello I bought Xanathar's Guide to Everything  and I want to share it with my players on my campaign, do I need the DM subscription for that or is there an other option to share content?

It doesn't specifically have to be you, but someone in the campaign needs a master subscription to enable content sharing (you also don't have to be DM to share books in that campaign).

So if I have Xanathar's Guide to Everything and a player got the master subscription, everyone get access to it?

As long as the subscriber turns on content sharing for the campaign, yes. This is the case in my group.
