I am creating a Half-Elf Warlock and while I was creating my character using this website, the character creation allows a starting +4 Charisma racial ability. My question is if that is correct or wrong?
It's incorrect - there is currently an issue, which is awaiting resolution from the dev team.
You should select 2 different (non-charisma) stats for the +1 bonuses.
