I am playing a Teifling-Bard, and I can't find my combat DC, I found the spell DC, but not the one for combat in general, does anybody know where it is? Or if it even exists?
I'm not sure what you mean by "Combat DC". If you have to make a save, then it will vary and you won't know what it is until it happens.
If you're referring to your attack modifiers, it's going to be 8 + your proficiency bonus + your attack stat's bonus. So as a bard your spell attack would add your Charisma bonus. If you're making a melee attack it will use Strength or Dexterity, depending on the weapon. If you're using a ranged weapon it will use your Dexterity.

“Combat DC” does not exist, no. Can you be more specific about what feature you’re looking at that forces a saving throw you need to know the DC for?
The combat equivalent of DC is split into two versions.
If you're making a direct attack, it's the Armour Class (AC) of the target, unless otherwise stated. In fact, usually, it's the AC you're working against unless the spell/ability/etc says otherwise.
Otherwise, it's them making a roll against your Save DC. This is normally calculated by taking your relevant ability modifier, adding your proficiency bonus then adding 8.
In non-combat, the DC is dictated either by the effect (eg it might be a trap set with a DC of 15) or the DM just makes it up to an interesting value.

If it's a really obscure situation, like the DM says "You'll need to make an [skill/ability name] check," then you'll have to make it up. Is it something that is super easy, but not easy enough it can be done without effort? Go for a DC12 check. Is it a difficult task that can be overcome easily with some effort? Go for a DC 15 check. Is it possible, but just really hard? Go for a DC 18 (or 20 if you're feeling froggy, but I don't believe in DC 20 checks)

I was looking for what determines if a person or object hits you, like if they roll a 12 if it hits or doesn't.

There is no "general DC".

That's your AC (Armor Class)
