I din't know where to put this exactly. Im a new player.
But im actually looking for good blank templates as a player (NOT DM). To fill in information of characters we encounter what city they belong too. Im horrible with excell sheets and stuff thats why im looking for templates you know off that would make writing information down during the campaign more structured and easily accessible.
I don't know about blank templates, but you could always use NPC Generator, change certain info to suit your campaign and copy/paste to your spreadsheet? You could create five coloumn headings e.g:
Name
Race
Location
Description
Personality Traits
Or whatever will be most useful for you. Hope this helps in some way!

If you are looking for stuff to actually write on as opposed to electronic, you can find cheap or free note sheets on DMsGuild or on Etsy. Or if you like punched specialized note paper of a smaller size you can try Rook and the Raven.
