I’ve been messing around with the character creator lately just to see if I like it better than the traditional way (spoiler: I don’t), but for some reason whenever I go to pick my subclass, it only shows one option. I’ve only tried this with rogues and warlocks but I assume it’s the same for other classes. Can anyone tell me why it does this? Do I need to purchase the correct books? If so that’s very annoying because I already own the physical versions of these. pls help
That's because the Basic Rules only offer one free subclass option per class. If you want to access more subclasses here, you need to purchase the books here.
If you have the physical books then you can use the Homebrew tools to recreate them for free for personal use.
