Those are the only three present settings which received official sourcebooks. The Magic-created materials you are referencing are the "Plane Shift" supplements--if you need the full list, those were created for Zendikar, Innistrad, Kaladesh Avishkar, Amonkhet, Ixalan (which also had an adventure made for it called X Marks the Spot), and Dominaria. The Plane Shift products are... mediocre. There are a number of design issues and they feel a lot more like homebrew than an official D&D product.
No new products have been announced in this line for a while--but I would not be surprised if we see more in the future. Wizards said Ravnica and Theros both sold pretty well, so the chances of more crossovers once 5.24 gets a little more settled is probably pretty good.
Let's remember actually WotC is more focused into selling crunch and Magic planes are designed for a main "one-shot" plot. If you want lore this can be found in the fandom wiki.
If Theros was sold well then we should know any new about Kaldheim.
Those are the only "official" ones; did run across a homebrew Kamigawa one on... DMsBinder a while back I think. Now that would be one I'd love to see.

Are there any official publications besides Ravnica, Theros and Strixhaven?
I've seen some smaller materials but are those at least made by someone from the MTG team ?

Here's the link to the wiki if you want to download to aforementioned planeshift materials: https://mtg.fandom.com/wiki/Plane_Shift
