A quick google search says Floran is a race from starbound, so that could be a good reason why nothing has been created. Searching the homebrew races I found a Treefolk race. Perhaps that is close enough?
/e If it is something you like, scroll down to the bottom, and click the 'Add to Collection' button, then when creating a character make sure the Homebrew slider is turned on and you will be able to choose the Treefolk race!
Do you maybe mean the Wilden, from 4e (at least), or some other plant-based player race from an older edition? None have been released for 5e at this time, but like Jusblazm mentions you can take a look at homebrew races. For example, here's a Wilden homebrew race.
I cant find anything even remotely resembling florans anywhere on dnd beyond and im really upset, can someone help me please!

Thats what i get for looking at the wiki, sorry. Ill check it out further. I just want a flowery/viney less treelike plant race
