Smart move on Microsoft’s part. I had a Nokia windows phone in 2012. The hardware and base OS were great. But the app ecosystem was non-existent.
I’m on iOS and have been for a long time, but I thought the Windows Mobile OS was really well designed. If they had more apps and had continuing developing it, I might have contemplated switching.
I wonder if Apple will do this as well, give how deeply connected an iPhone and Mac can be with things like Handoff and Continuity. I can text from my computer, so I don’t see why I couldn’t use an app.

I tried it and see no way to use the dndbeyond app at this time, it says we can app mirror but without further play I cannot see how to yet. Will post an update if I find it all.
Good to know that I'll eventually be able to DM from my laptop with the offline app!

Either way, that’s a cool feature for Windows.
Sort-of.

Apparently the initial features are more limited, but eventually it will offer more.
