Bit of a broad question and, to be honest, I wouldn't consider D&D to be very good at "superhero" style campaigns. Especially not one where every character is expecting to have at least one or more extremely flashy and powerful abilities that don't really have any comparison in D&D.
There are plenty of superhero TTRPGs out there that would much easier to adjust for a My Hero Academia style game (I've only tried Marvel's Multiverse one and its not bad)
D&D neither does shonen battle anime nor modern day superheroes very well, and MHA is both. I'd third the suggestion to use a different system entirely.

Trying this out any tips? And should I use inshow characters or my homebrew. If I use inshow. Which characters?

I'd recommend "Tiny Supers" as a potential game system to have a look at.
