The name pretty much says it all. Heliana’s Guide to Monster Hunting: Part 2 was supposed to be released at the beginning of March, but since nothing has arrived yet, I'm wondering if it's been postponed. A little information about that would be nice. I'm really looking forward to the book and am a little disappointed every day that it's not coming out.
This would be so much less annoying if a) they gave a more specific date than “early March” and b) someone from DnDB said something like “we ran into some issues so we need to push the release back”

Wizards has been consistently up front about the fact third party releases have lots of moving parts and that can cause delays. This is part of the reason many were not announced in advance. There also have been historical issues with third party creators rushing to hit a release deadline, delivering a product that goes live full of omissions and other errors.
Would it be great if they provided an update? Sure, but they don’t really need to, since they telegraphed this might happen well in advance. Considering the issues we’ve seen historically with rushed content, a bit of a delay seems a fairly trivial thing to choose to be “annoyed” over.

it just said "early march" anything before the 15th is early march.
I don't think I can agree with this. The second week of a month is not "early", we're definitely pushing into the middle of the month here.
we are in the first 3rd of the month, if its not out next week then it falls into mid march
It is now firmly in the latter half of the month with no update
And were alao meant to be getting The Griffon’s Saddlebag: Book One in late march
