So I have been looking into Astrology and each part of a person's natal birth chart to turn yourself or make a character based off the entire chart. I need to find a structure that makes it much easier to create and define such characters. Not only for D&D but also for other franchises with class like systems such as Final Fantasy, World of Warcraft, and so on. As far as I have gathered that I think will help in the structure are the archetypes of the planets I think works with each deal and what each house represents in the chart.
Sun - Hero Archetype
Moon - Caretaker Archetype
Mercury - Messenger Archetype
Venus - Lover Archetype
Mars - Warrior Archetype
Jupiter - King Archetype
Saturn - Keeper Archetype
Neptune - Narcissist Archetype
Uranus - Rebel Archetype
Pluto - Villain Archetype
Lilith - Dark Side of person
North Node - Main Quest
South Node - Past Lives/Ancestors
House 1 (Rising Sign) - Ego, Sense of Self
House 2 - Material Possesions, Security
House 3 - Local Community, Communication
House 4 - Home, Family
House 5 - Creativity, Romance
House 6 - Day Jobs, Routine, Health
House 7 - Partnerships
House 8 - Death, Transformation
House 9 - Travel, Philosophy
House 10 - Public Image, Career, Legacy
House 11 - Humanity, Hopes and Friendships
House 12 - Collective Unconsciousness, what is hidden
If anyone can find a structure of converting these into a fantasy character I would most appreciate it. Here is a sample of my personal birth chart:
Sun - Cancer; Archetype of Protection
Moon - Cancer; Caretaker of Protection
Mercury - Leo; Messenger of Heart
Venus - Virgo; Lover of Good Health
Mars - Scorpio; Warrior of Mysteries/Extreme Energy
Jupiter - Taurus; King of Stability & Finance
Saturn - Taurus; Keeper of Security
Neptune - Aquarius; Narcissist of Creativity
Uranus - Aquarius; Rebel of Innovation
Pluto - Sagittarius; Villain of Spiritual Truth
Lilith - Sagittarius; Dark Side of Ideas
North Node - Leo; Main Quest of the KIng/Nobility?
1st House - Capricorn
2nd House - Pisces
3rd House - Aries
4th House - Taurus
5th House - Gemini
6th House - Gemini
7th House - Cancer
8th House - Virgo
9th House - Libra
10th House - Scorpio
11th House - Sagittarius
12th House - Sagittarius
If more information is needed or anything asked I will do my best to answer.
I am not sure i would do it the way proposed, i would instead give blessings based on the signs, but the character still has free will and autonomous to define themselves. Something like this.
Sun: once per long rest they can cast heroism without expending a spell slot. It does not count toward your spells know and is always prepared.
Moon: You gain Healing word as a spell and can cast it once per long rest without expending a spell slot. It does not count toward your spells know and is always prepared.
Mercury: You learn the message cantrip.
ETC.
People would still be defined by their thoughts and actions, but have extra tools. You can even have people who go against their archetypes.

There is also an option to use the Forgotten Realms Astrology.
