I just made a really powerful ancient artifact, made for a sorcerer NPC in my campaign. I wanted the item to give extra sorcery points, but, I couldn't find anywhere and option to add that to the bonuses. Does that not exist or I just didn't find it ?
It is not possible for an item, subclass, feat or anything to directly affect, add to, subtract from, or replace any core class features.
You cannot make an item with charges that do not use spells. So my recommendation is make a magic item that has all the text etc but does not actually do anythng. You can then make a homebrew feat that has action data with the relevant number of extra sorcery points as "limited use" data. This will give them the option to track the use of these "extra" sorcery points. It will not be possible for the item to automatically grant the feat so you will need to add both to the NPC sheet.
Or, since it's just an NPC, if this item is not something any of your PCs can use then you can use the NPC's "notes" field to manually track these extra points - may be faster and easier than making homebrew items separately. You can even make a custom item on the character sheet to change quantity as a representation of these extra points.

Hey guys !
I just made a really powerful ancient artifact, made for a sorcerer NPC in my campaign. I wanted the item to give extra sorcery points, but, I couldn't find anywhere and option to add that to the bonuses. Does that not exist or I just didn't find it ?
Thanks a lot !
