You certainly can print the content for your own use, but it may not format that well, as it's not designed for print format.
If you need to access content offline, there is a free D&D Beyond mobile app available for both iOS and Android, that allows you to download purchased content for offline viewing.
I see, it's not that I need to access it offline I just prefer the physical element and I'm running a game this weekend and can't fint my physical Players handbook that I bought a while back.
If you have a laptop that you can use (and room for it on the gaming table) I find that having multiple D&D Beyond tabs open allows me to keep an eye on everything that I need really easily.
If you would like paper for reference of specific rules, during your game, you can prepare in advance perhaps? Copy & paste the relevant text into a word document and print that.
