What character have you wanted to make? What characters have you made? I always thought a dnd Victor Frankenstein would be really cool just for backstory reasons. Or maybe even a dnd Dr.Strange would be cool. What's your opinion on these sorts of player characters?
In 3.5e I made Darth Vader as a half-iron golem soulknife. Fun times. I tried to make a Batman for 5e using the gloom stalker ranger and inquisitive rogue. I never would have used them in a game, but it was fun to experiment.
For a Tomb of Horrors one-shot I made Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys. His animal companion was a mountain lion named Steve French. And yes, I did do the voice when speaking in character.
I also created a Pathfinder character that was very heavily based off Iorek Byrnison from His Dark Materials. He was a panserbjorn named Einar Nylund who, after a feud and unsuccessful duel with another bear, went into a self-imposed exile and worked as a trash collector. Low charisma, but damn smart, and could craft just about anything. He was tons of fun to play.
I haven't done that for a PC, but I'll be running a game soon where the PCs will meet an NPC, a female lizardfolk warlock named Princess Ariel. She will keep referencing her "boyfriend". When the boyfriend NPC shows up later it will be a human barbarian that does not enjoy being referred to as Ariel's "boyfriend". The NPC is Thundarr, and is accompanied by Ookla the bugbear.
My first ever D&D character playing AD&D was a wizard and was basically Raistlin Majere with a different name, and my boyfriend at the time played a fighter that was Caramon.
Ahahaha, I might redo them, since there's been new content put out since-- But I'll try to share them soon. :)
Edit:
Okay for those interested in the Disney gals. There's a couple things:
Point buy. Anyone who got an ASI had to pick a feat instead of ASI.
They were granted a certain level of magic items. It was like point buy of rarity, so you'll see those items on them.
Finally, since background won't be shown on a shared sheet I'll list the BG next to the name. If anyone is curious for the decisions we made in making these, hmu I probably have answers.
I've been thinking about how to make the Immortal from the Apex album by Unleash the Archers. I want to use him as an NPC. But I'm not sure if I want him to be a barbarian, fighter or like a tempest cleric or something like that.

Last week I made the original ABC Warriors (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ABC_Warriors) as a band of Warforged.
I’m currently playing a warlock who is based on Count Olaf, the Jim Carrey movie version, and Ebeneezer Scrooge. He is without a doubt super creepy!
I made Arya from the Inheritance Cycle as a high-elven bladesinger.
For a Tomb of Horrors one-shot I made Bubbles from Trailer Park Boys. His animal companion was a mountain lion named Steve French. And yes, I did do the voice when speaking in character.

"We're the perfect combination of expendable and unkillable!"

Most of my characters are based on real fictional characters. My Rivin Azura is based on Raven from Teen Titans.
Thats AWESOME! What is she? A form of sorcerer?

I had an idea, but haven't written any of them up yet...
The A-Team
Hannibal, the Variant Human Oath of Vengeance Paladin
Templeton, the Changeling Rogue Mastermind
Baracus, the Half-Orc Barbarian
Murdock, the Aaracokra College of Whispers Bard
I would love to play someone like Illidan Stormrage from Warcraft.
Hmm, have I...?
May have had a themed series of one-shots...
Moana as a water Genasi and Ariel as a Triton thief are so perfect.

You're gunna share those, right?

I have done this a few times, the best was remaking the character from fight club.

The Mystery Men might make a good PC party...
Mr. Furious, The Shoveler, The Bowler, Blue Raja, The Spleen, Invisible Boy...
