I believe Lost Laboratory of Kwalish was the latest content released by DnD Beyond, but do they publish a schedule of projects in the pipe with expected dates of when they will release something and details about each new book?
I apologize in advance if it was already posted - I couldn't find it. I have the Legendary bundle, so I already get a discount on future purchases, but I'm trying to decide if I should use a coupon now for LLoK or wait for something that is larger / more expensive.
There are no other releases currently announced from WOTC, so until they announce something, no. I personally feel (and don't quote me on this) that by the time another book comes out, there will be new discount codes/the old ones will be expired.
It's worth noting that D&D Beyond is not owned by Wizards of the Coast, but staff here do liaise with the Wizards of the Coast staff about releases, to ensure content is available on D&D Beyond when the publication is released as physical books.
Thanks for the responses. I knew they were not one in the same, but personally I rather support DnD Beyond at this point since my game has gone completely virtual with players in 3 states and even Canada. Plus it's great to be able to share the content among the campaign and have all our characters in the same place.

Wizards of the Coast often announce new publications on their website and/or on their Twitter account.
