One of my players has been really wanting to play a campaign with a very heavy water-centric theme. I was wondering if anyone knew of one that exists out there before I start writing my own? It can be something simple to launch from or can be something more in-depth. It can also be other systems as I don't mind converting to 5e. I know of the Cerulean Seas Campaign Setting by Alluria Publishing and the Skull & Shackles Adventure Path, both for Pathfinder, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any others out there?
You can use any existing campaign world for a water centric campaign. Instead of traveling between port cities by land, switch to water and tweak some cities to turn them into cities on islands. Or take an existing campaign world and raise the level of the oceans by a few hundred feet and use aquatic races as the dominant races with humans being confined to boats and a few mountain top islands without magic that lets them breathe water.

"Most people are other people. Their thoughts are someone else's opinions, their lives a mimicry, their passions a quotation."
― Oscar Wilde.
