Some people have custom titles given to them by D&D Beyond staff or moderators. Most of them I've seen are people joining in 2017. How many custom titles are there, and do they still get given out? I understand this is quite rare.
I thought they were for people who currently or formerly worked for DDB, either as moderators, community managers, or devs. Still, I would love to call myself a Gnomarch.
A few people got them because a mod decided to give them the title for some special reason. For example, Bullethawk is a Barkeeper and Nikoli Goodfellow is an 8-Bit Cleric. These occasions are very rare, though.
