It's odd that there isn't an easier way to add non magical items to Dnd beyond.
Like if I wanted to add a harpoon. A non magical slightly different spear.
I don't need all the magic item stuff. I need like three boxes and that's all.

D&D Beyond FoundersYou can add any custom items you like to your inventory on the character sheet and you can rename any weapon attacks on the character sheet also.
