The magic item homebrew tools aren't designed for mundane weapons homebrew.
The good news is that Badeye confirmed that mundane weapons/armour homebrew is planned though.
Wasn't really thinking of making a mundane weapon, though, but rather a magic weapon which removes an unwanted property, and gives a bonus to attack rolls w/o giving it to damage rolls. Looking forward to that feature, tho, thanks! :D

Can I remove a property from a homebrew magic weapon? (Like, make a glaive that's not two-handed, or a heavy crossbow that's not loading?)
Also, can I add a bonus to attack rolls with the weapons, but not damage rolls?
No to both questions. Unfortunately the tools can't do anything an official content hasn't (and even a few things they have).
You could use a different weapon as a base instead, just change the description. Then adjust the damage output or whatever it is you want.
