How to make Custom Race count as part of its parent Race

I have a hybrid orc/elf race and trying in the build a race section to flag it as both orc and elf so it can select racial specific feats. How do I go about doing this?

I think those tags are on the feats not the races. You can just disable feat prerequisites on the character sheet.
