I am a fan of metal dice. I recently was looking at rolling up a wild sorceror mage in my group where the dm says she'll let us roll for surge every non cantrip spell. so I decided to look into d100. and oddly enough i can find metal of the standard 7 and d30 and d60 but can't find metal d100. Do they exist? if so where can i find them. if not why aren't they made
There would be an awful lot of mass, probably really hard to get it to stop. I mean thinking about the 100 siders I have seen, a lot were set up so sand or something inside helped them to settle more quickly since they have such small facets. Not sure they would work well.

"I have found the answer to the meaning of life. You ask me what the answer is? You already know what the answer to life is. You fear it more than the strike of a viper, the ravages of disease, the ire of a lover. The answer is always death. But death is a gentle mistress with a sweet embrace, and you owe her a debt of restitution. Life is not a gift, it is a loan."
Metal d100's don't strike me as feasible or worth making. They would be way too heavy to roll properly (and/or the divots for the numbers would be too small to read and allow for way too much rolling). On top of that, it would likely be prohibitively expensive.

Zocchihedron is the name applied specifically to the plastic 100-sided die made by Lou Zocchi. I do not believe he ever made one out of metal. I have one of these that I bought back in the 80s, but I never use it. First of all, it rolls forever. Second of all, it will basically never roll a 1 or a 100 since it is not evenly weighted. It's a fun conversation piece though.
I wasn't trying to be a smartass. I'm saying the only d100 I ever saw made of anything was the plastic Zocchi. If you find another one, please post it because I love collecting unusual dice.
Yeah so I have a d100, and for one thing it is not entirely random lol some numbers have 4 edges while others have 5, then 6, then even 7. So the probability of certain numbers are greater than others. That being said, this is a plastic? die. Never seen a metal d100, but would like to know if anyone finds one.

D100s are usually 2d10s, 1d10×10+1d10.
i know what they usually are. i was just interested in Zocchihedron made out of metal and couldn't find any.

"Not all those who wander are lost"
fair enough. Zocchihedron is a trademark. so any metal d100 as opposed to percentile. I'm pretty sure that isn't a trademark
