It sounds like you saw a reference to some of the 3rd party products on dmsguild - there are several new products on there released to expand upon the Ghosts of Saltmarsh adventure, as it's more of a mini-campaign setting.

Not sure what you are talking about. There are new backgrounds.
@Godsdemon03 Ghosts of Saltmarsh doesn't add classes, it adds four new backgrounds.
As for 'seeing it on youtube for $5-$10' and where to purchase it, have you tried the 'Marketplace' link at the top of this page?
