I assume you mean to a D&D Beyond party? When you make a party as a DM, it forms a URL link for joining that party. Share that link only with your friends and tell them not to disseminate it further. Those links are not public-facing information, so anyone who does not have the link will not be able to crash your party.

If you're talking about a physical, in person meet-up to actually sit around a table and play, I would say to (1) have it somewhere private where people don't just come wandering through, (B) don't invite anyone who you don't want to come, (third) tell those people to not tell anyone else, and (delta) order pizza because everybody likes pizza.
