Every week on Thursdays at 9am PT there is a Developer Update live on Twitch, where Adam Bradford discusses upcoming features, progress, highlights some fun data, and takes questions from chat. You can watch previous episodes of the Developer Update on demand at the D&D Beyond Twitch as well.

I just want to know when I will be able to organize my PC's...
DDB’s team usually do not give dates for when features will be released, until (generally) a couple of days before the feature goes live. Sometimes they even go live with no fanfare at all beyond a mention in the Changelog.
I forgot to mention that if you are using the website on a desktop/laptop, you can install the “Beyond help” Chrome extension, which allows you to sort characters into folders.

Updates and timelines are not the way of DDB.
That's a bummer.
