So, I’m trying to make a warforged paladin for my campaign, because my firbolg cleric just died and we still need radiant damage for the campaign.
I really like the idea of having him having woken up in where he was created, and just having no direction. But, he finds a holy book or group of paladins or something along those lines that causes him to dedicate his life to being a paladin to fight against evil. I’m just not sure what path he should take, or what god he should follow yet. Any ideas?
I'm having trouble with multiclassing I have a lvl 4/lvl 1 rouge shadow sorcerer and when I lvl up the sorcerer to lvl 2 I'm supposed to be able to select a spell called shadow blade but it never appears in the spell list nor does any other spells besides lvl 1 spells or cantrips if anyone knows what I need to do plz help me

Paladins in 5e dont necessarily have to follow a god (technically that is oath of devotion). Paladins get their power from dedication to a cause. So maybe focus on that.

Wellcome to d&d. Shadow blade is a level 2 spell. Spell levels and class/character levels are not the same thing (refer to class chart or basic rules for details). You need to be a level 3 spellcaster to learn level 2 spells.
Also, you should make your own thread next time. The original poster was asking about how to go about creating his own character, not inviting others to ask for help.
