For now, homebrew is limited to Monsters, Spells & Magical Items. The staff development team are continuing to work to bring more content and tools to D&D Beyond and expansion of Homebrew is part of that. In short, no for now, but this will be possible in the future.
Official Unearthed Arcana will also be included on D&D Beyond at some point in the future, but again, I don't have a timeframe for this.
Sorry to hijack the topic, but where do the Planeshift: Zendikar/Amunkhet/Innistrad end up on the spectrum of homebrew to official released books? It's not Unearthed Arcana, but it's still officially released D&D materials..

Am I able to add unearthed arcana feats? Or alternatively, can I create my own homebrew feats?

D&D Beyond FoundersPlaneshift is not an official Dungeons & Dragons product, nor is it Unearthed Arcana playtest rules.
At this time, it is not planned to be released on D&D Beyond.
